The Format

Each session runs 45 to 60 minutes. Enough time to go somewhere real without losing yourself in it.
Video call or phone, worldwide. Meet once a week, twice, or three times — whatever your journey needs. No rigid programme. In-person sessions in the UK also available.
Before anything else — a conversation to see if we're a good fit. No commitment, no payment, no agenda. Just two people talking. If it feels right, we continue. If it doesn't, that's perfectly fine too.
I did most of my own work alone. Part of me was proud of that. Another part knew it didn't have to be that hard.
I wasn't afraid of the work. I was afraid of being judged for sharing too much. Of being misunderstood. Of not feeling ready — and having someone tell me I should be. Of people who were more ready to talk than to listen. Of the quiet agenda underneath the kindness: "let me fix you."
Nothing anyone said ever changed my mind. But I would lean in — closely — when someone told their own story. How they survived. What they learned. That's when I'd come closer and ask questions.

Born in Veracruz, Mexico. UK resident since 2002.
I have been practicing Kundalini since 1991 — long before it became a trend, and long after. I have been a qualified personal trainer since 2002, and since 2017 I have worked directly with individuals living with mental health conditions and severe and complex physical and mental disabilities.
This work taught me how to stay present with people in complexity — without rushing, fixing, or stepping away.
