No. Therapy looks into the past to explain the present. This stays with what's here right now — in you. No diagnosis. No ongoing treatment plan.

Born in Veracruz, Mexico. Living in the UK since 2002. Kundalini practitioner for over 30 years — a path that began in difficulty and became something I chose, respected, and built my life around.

I spent seven years working directly with people navigating mental health conditions and complex disabilities. That shaped how I listen, how I hold space, and what I understand about human behaviour beyond the surface.

FAQ

Not only can you bring it — your baggage is the most important guest in the room. Everything you've been carrying, the patterns that repeat, the behaviours that confuse even you, the feelings you've learned to manage rather than understand — all of it is welcome.

What most people call baggage, we call information. It's not evidence of what's wrong with you. It's a precise map of where you've been — and what you've been trying to find.

You don't need to arrive ready, clear, or sorted. You just need to arrive.

Your inner child doesn't need to be found — they're already speaking. Through what triggers you. Through the relationships that repeat. Through the moments you pull back just as something good begins.

In the session, we listen to what's already there. And we offer that younger part of you something they may not have fully received: to be seen without judgment, without pressure, without being asked to change.
